Vendors can subscribe to OPEAD Consulting by choosing any plan and this is open to all kinds of services been rendered, subscription plans are 1 month,  6 months, & 1 year. Once you are been scheduled for any service, the payment rate is PER hour meaning payment will be based on the number of hours spent, except for services that are NOT rendered on per hourly basis.
